The Business School held its 2026 Winter Graduation Ceremony on Saturday, February 21, at 11:00 AM at the Millennium Hall, B2 of the 600th Anniversary Hall on the Humanities and Social Sciences Campus. On this day, a total of 550 graduates across bachelor's, master's, doctoral, and professional programs received their degrees and stood at a new starting line.

n his congratulatory address, Dean Lee Jong-eun of the Business School highly praised the challenges and achievements of the graduates, stating, "Your time at the school must have been not just a process of simple learning, but a precious journey of discovering what you enjoy and excel at." He advised, "In this rapidly changing era, a crisis can become another opportunity. It is time to set your goals and move vigorously toward your dreams. Even amidst fear and confusion, I hope you continue to make courageous choices and advance into the wider world."

Lee Jae-beom, the incoming President of the EMBA Alumni Association at the Graduate School of Business, welcomed the graduates as new members of the alumni association and emphasized the value of consistency. He stated, "Expertise is not completed overnight. Only when you set a goal and strategically invest your time can your unique competitiveness be built." He further encouraged them, saying, "The time you have spent fiercely contemplating and diligently building upon in your respective positions will ultimately grow you into differentiated experts," expressing his hope that they will add depth to their chosen fields.

Kim Jung-tae, President of the IMBA Alumni Association at the Graduate School of Business, commended the hard work of the graduates who balanced their studies with work. He conveyed, "The past time, during which you never stopped learning even amidst a busy daily life, is the greatest investment in yourselves. The more uncertain the times, the greater the meaning of learning and taking on challenges." He also added, "I look forward to you achieving greater growth by collaborating with each other based on the alumni network."

Meanwhile, during the event, the Graduate School of Business Alumni Association delivered 2 million won for the EMBA Cohort Development Fund, and the 43rd cohort of the IMBA program donated 5 million won to the Graduate School Development Fund, continuing the spirit of sharing for their juniors.
